Ritcha Ranjan
Founder
Ritcha is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience growing products at scale and building revenue streams. She has led product teams at Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo, and co-founded Five Pumpkins, a nonprofit focused on early childhood education.
Ritcha is a member of the Wharton AI and Analytics board and previously served on the board of the public company Brightcove. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's in Applied Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
She is passionate about building products that drive lasting improvements in health, education, and finances—creating impact that benefits both individuals today and generations to come.
Jennie Lai
Co-founder
Jennie brings 20+ years of research and leadership experience, spanning early-stage startups, nonprofits, and global industry leaders (Google, Maersk, Nielsen). She connects deep user insights with advanced data analytics to design human-centered experiences in emerging & developed markets.
Jennie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Market Research at Florida State University and a Master's in Sociology from the University of South Florida. She also advises nonprofit startups on product design & research frameworks.
She is passionate about addressing health disparities for underserved women who have been overlooked for personalized healthcare globally. Her commitment to data-driven, human-centered solutions puts women at the core of the product experience.
